Partner Nomination
Data Bureau appoints individuals with standing in their professional communities to introduce the institution's certification standards to prospective applicants. Appointments are made directly by Data Bureau. There is no fee to apply.

Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for appointment, an individual must:
- be a Singapore resident or hold valid work authorisation in Singapore;
- have no adverse records on public trust registries or the MinLaw Insolvency Register;
- operate within, or have demonstrated standing in, a community or sector relevant to Data Bureau's certification domains;
- hold no position that creates a direct and irreconcilable conflict of interest with the appointment; and
- be willing to sign and return the Recognised Partner Code of Conduct upon appointment.
Eligibility checks are conducted by Data Bureau at no cost to the nominee.
Scope of Appointment
Recognised Partners introduce Data Bureau's certification standards to their communities and direct interested parties to Data Bureau's website. Partners have no access to applicant data, no assessment authority, and no authority to represent Data Bureau in any contractual, regulatory, or legal capacity. Partners may not collect fees, make representations about certification outcomes, or sub-appoint others. All certification and assessment is conducted exclusively by Data Bureau and its appointed agents.
